UNC faculty, staff, and students have access to 微软团队 as a part of their Office 365帐户. 微软团队 is a way for people at UNC to host conversations and content—along with the tools that teams need—so they can easily collaborate to 取得更大. Because it is an Office product, it's integrated with the other familiar 办公应用程序. It is also hosted in the Office 365 global, secure cloud, making it a great way to share more secure information with colleagues.

    Microsoft has recently changed the way that 团队 Meeting 录音 are stored.

    Historically recordings were stored in Microsoft Stream. 向标准迈进 meetings, the recordings will automatically be saved in the OneDrive of the person 谁记录了会议. The permissions will automatically be set to allow for anyone who attended the meeting will be able to access the recording.

    团队 Meetings that are associated with a 团队 Channel will be saved to the SharePoint 该团队的在线网站. All meeting recordings will still be accessible via the 团队 chat for that meeting as they are today.

    This change will now allow for more flexibility in sharing these recordings, including the ability to share them outside the organization if needed (Stream could not do 这一点).  Some functionality that was in Stream, such as meeting transcriptions, has not 然而, been included in the OneDrive storage location.  这些功能将被添加 微软将在晚些时候发布.  If you need audio transcription for your meeting recording, it is recommended that Zoom be used until Microsoft adds the functionality.
